Leslie Aguilar
Leslie serves as a Doggy Daycamp co-manager at Pets4Life Animal Hospital of Highland Park. Prior to joining Pets4Life, Leslie held the following positions:
🐾 Assistant General Manager at The Dog Stop (2022–2026)
🐾 Customer Service Representative at ABC Plumbing, Heating & Cooling (2021–2022)
🐾 E-Commerce Personal Shopper at Walmart (2019–2021)
Originally from North Carolina, Leslie grew up in a home filled with dogs and knew from a young age that she hoped to work with them one day. After moving to Illinois in 2017, she began her career in customer service, but it didn’t take long for her to realize how much she missed being around animals. Following her heart, Leslie transitioned into animal care, where she discovered a career she truly loves. With nearly four years of experience in dog daycare, boarding, and leadership, she continues to grow while providing exceptional care for every dog she meets.
Today, Leslie shares her life with her Golden Retriever, Benny, and her two rescue dogs, Almond and Milo. They inspire and help her to continue learning every day. Leslie is passionate about creating a safe, fun, and enriching environment where every dog can feel comfortable, confident, and loved. When Leslie isn’t spending time caring for our furry friends, she enjoys exploring nature with her dogs. She is always looking for new ways to expand her knowledge of canine care, whether that’s practicing grooming on her Golden Retriever, working on training techniques with her trio, or capturing special moments through pet photography. Leslie is excited to help make Pets4like feel like a second home for our furry friends.
